Compatibility Guide for Pocket Clothier

Finally I've got every single piece of clothes in Pocket Clothier. It took me quite a few playthroughs, partly because I wasn't sure what I was doing for a while.

I have an idea of presenting this information in a better way, so I will update this post in the future if I ever get the idea through. ( Where can I buy some mana potion for Lazycat? ) The project is now finished. ( 6 July 2012 )

What a long list, almost not useable.  >_<  Some of the items appear on the left column and middle column, making it difficult to look things up. I made a copy of the same data and pasted the left column to the middle, the middle to the left, then sorted the data again by the name. You can find the sheet by clicking the tab on the bottom of this spreadsheet. Hope that helps.  :)

Cost down is not a bad thing. It makes the items cheaper to get from the supplier by $1 or so.

Pocket Clothier Compatibility Guide

A few items look identical in the Compatibility Guide picture. Please use it as a guide and confirm with the spreadsheet if unsure.

Pocket Clothier Compatibility Guide Spreadsheet - It's such a long list. Maybe it's easier to read printed out.

    1. You are very welcome to Select the whole sheet ( or click the document then press Ctrl+A ), then Copy-Paste to your Excel File. :) That worked when I tested with OpenOffice. If that doesn't do the job for you, please e-mail me - wowenna@gmail.com

    1. Hey, The Pink Lady, Thanks for visiting. :) The doll does not seem to be compatible with any other items. Basically if you can't find it on the list, it means they do not have a match. :) I'd say it's compatible with me. I love stuffed toys. xD

  5. Hey Enna,
I'm a bit confused by the compatibility thing--do they just need to be on the same floor, or right next to each other?
I know it's been a while since you posted this, but I'm hoping you can help!
    Thanks,
    yirna

    1. Dear Yirna,

Thank you for visiting. :) The compatible items just have to be on the same floor. It is not necessary having them right next to each other.

  6. Wow, compatibility in this game is SO HARD! It was fairly easy in Mega Mall Story and Pocket Academy because I designed "ultimate layouts," but in Pocket Clothier the options are endless!

    1. haha, it is difficult if you want a perfect game. :) I only aimed for knowing all the combos so it was okay. Please let me know if you figured out the "ultimate layouts" for this one.

  7. Perble Bear, like me, was probably going to recommend adding all the clothes to the left column for easy references. Even if you have to put in a separation. Otherwise you have to search the whole list for half of the items.

    1. Hmm, I have already done this and sorted by Names when I made the list, if that's what you had in mind. If you click on "sorted by names" on the bottom of the list, you should be able to find what you are after in alphabetic order.

Perble bear is troublesome. He always comes up with things out of ordinary. :p

Nevertheless thanks allot :) 'tis a grand thing

    3. Aww, it's okay. In any cases I always thought the tabs should be on top of the tables instead of the bottom. Who is going to scroll all the way down to find the tab? :) Have fun! :D

      *hugs*
